I recently had the opportunity to host a corporate retreat at Radisson Blu, and it was a mix of good points and some not-so-great experiences. First, the business amenities were comprehensive. The 10 versatile meeting rooms catered well to our group size, and I appreciated the experienced Meetings & Events coordinators who ensured we had everything from audiovisual equipment to customized catering. This helped us stay on track and focused during our sessions. It was frustrating that the hotel lacked signage directing guests from the train platform. After a long day, clear directions would have been helpful. While the free coffee in the lounge was a nice touch, I expected a bit more variety in the restaurant menu. In terms of location, it’s conveniently close to the airport, which is a plus for early flights. All in all, Radisson Blu serves as a functional space for business travelers but could enhance the experience with better communication and minor tweaks.
